COVID 19 PANDEMIC is still a consideration and it is inconclusive as to whether it is ended. The Clerk’s position on the question is to always use caution, be safe, if you have a fever or you are sick, you can write a letter to the court for consideration of a continuance. If you have tested positive for COVID, don’t come to court but IMMEDIATELY WRITE A LETTER TO THE COURT. You can email, fax, mail or have someone deliver the letter for you to the court. IT IS THE DECISION OF THE COURT/JUDGE IF A CONTINUANCE WILL BE GRANTED. THE CLERK’S OFFICE WILL PROCESS THE LETTER.

If you have received a violation and you owe on the ticket PLEASE PAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you have tickets that are past due, contact our office, speak to anyone in our office to assist you with your balance due and how to pay the balance due. You CAN PAY ANY AMOUNT AT ANY TIME! Driving on suspended license, with no insurance or outstanding fines and fees will only cause more problems for you. Take time and be proactive, we are here to assist.
