Take the OH-13/Hudson Avenue ramp toward 4^th Street (South)

Turn left onto OH-13/Mt. Vernon Road/4^th Street.

FROM THE SOUTH:

Take OH-37 North.

Merge onto SR 16 toward Newark (turning right).

Take the OH-13/4^th Street/Downtown exit.

Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MT VERNON RD/OH-13 S. Continue to follow OH-13 S.

At 3^rd light (corner of West Main & 4^th Streets), the City Building sits on the left side of the street.

FROM THE WEST:

Take I-70 East toward Wheeling.

Take the OH-13 exit, EXIT 132, toward NEWARK/THORNVILLE.

Turn LEFT onto JACKSONTOWN RD SE/OH-13.

Continue to follow OH-13.

Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto OH-13/S 4TH ST.

The City Building is located at the North corner of West Main & 4^th Streets.

Take OH-13 South.

At 3^rd  light (corner of West Main & 4^th Streets), the City Building sits on the left side of the street.
