- Graduate of Ashland University-May 1997
- Two Grandsons - Seth & Alex Phelps
- Justin Phelps, 1999 Graduate of Newark High School
- Former Operator License 1 - Newark Water Distribution
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Serving as your full time Municipal Court Clerk
- Nine (9) years management experience with two local financial institutions
- Fourteen (14) years experience in land title search, closing land transfers and marketing with Title First Agency, Inc. and Stewart Title.
- 1983-1996 Newark City Councilperson (both in a Ward and At-Large)
- Managed and organized all political campaigns
- Served on all Newark City Council Committees, also served as Council President Pro-Tem and Council Chaplain
- Elected Licking County Commissioner term commencing January 3, 1997 to January 3, 2001 - (First Woman elected in Licking County as County Commissioner) - Served as a full time Commissioner
- Re-Elected Licking County Commissioner term commencing January 3, 2001 to January 3, 2005 - Served as a full time Commissioner
